We offer this service to support area amputees and ensure that rehabilitation and information are always available to those in need, especially when all of their physical therapy sessions have been exhausted.

Monday – Friday:
8AM-12PM and 1PM-5PM
*Appointments can be made outside of these hours for urgent needs*
